Thank you for viewing. I purchased this new about 10 years ago and have kept it in its box, unused, ever since. I will send it with the original accessories (strap, instruction manual, etc.) in the same condition as when I bought it. The plastic bag containing the strap is unopened, but the rubber band that held it together has deteriorated over time and slightly adhered to the metal. It should come off easily with your fingernail or by polishing with a soft cloth, but if you are concerned about this, please refrain from purchasing. I am unable to offer a discount.
