This item came as part of a set when I purchased a home altar. I didn't use this item with the altar, so it's new and unused. However, it has been stored at home, and my child seems to have played with the box a bit, causing some wrinkles and tears to the paper bag containing the purifying salt. It seems rice was also included, but I've lost it somewhere, so only the salt remains. Please check the photos carefully. I'm offering this to someone who doesn't mind a used item. The maple home altar is not included.
