In the 2015 revival project of the "Camper," which is an icon of the brand released in the 1980s, they initially planned to faithfully install a hand-wound movement, but it was difficult to arrange a movement that met the accuracy, reliability, and price requirements. Therefore, a quartz movement, which is superior in terms of maintenance and accuracy, was adopted instead, and it is still popular as a standard model as the "Original Camper."
