In my opinion, I don't think there's any fading typical of navy blue. I have a pet. I have kept this item after home cleaning and using a lint roller, but there is a possibility of pet hair getting mixed in. I will use a lint roller again before shipping. If you are concerned about even a little bit of hair, or if you are very particular, please refrain from purchasing. Also, this is an item worn by a small child, so please forgive any oversights.
