This is a Black Hill 10S. I think it's a mouthpiece with a slightly V-shaped cup that produces high notes well. It's ideal for full-band reeds. There's a feeling of use from aging and some deterioration of the plating on the shank, but the rim and cup are relatively clean. I've priced it affordably considering its condition, so thank you for your interest.
