It was in its box in new, unused, and unopened condition, but the box had damage and dirt, so I disposed of it. I took it out of the box and bag to take pictures, but the bag was also faded, so I disposed of that as well. The item itself is very clean, so please don't worry. I plan to pack it wrapped in bubble wrap. I also tested it with batteries, and it works perfectly. It's a cute design with Mickey riding a surfboard. It's a very rare and retro item, so I highly recommend it. I assembled the three separate parts to take pictures, but they can be taken apart.
