For sale is a 1995 Gibson SG Special. The serial number on the back of the headstock is 92165336 MADE IN USA. Mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, two pickups. It shows its age, as expected for a 1995 model, but there's nothing that significantly detracts from its appearance. The electronics are also in good working order, and it has the appealing, lively sound characteristic of an SG. There are some cracks around the neck and some overall scratches, but I, as an amateur, didn't notice any issues like crackling or neck warping. Since it was a gift, the repair and modification history is unknown. I'm practically a novice when it comes to guitars, and I can't make detailed assessments like a guitar shop or an experienced guitarist.
