These are a "Poo-pee-poo-pee!" (a popular Japanese children's show) Wanwan pet bottle cap and a Thomas the Tank Engine hat clip. They can be used multiple times by replacing the commercially available straw. Both were purchased several years ago, so the plastic packaging shows signs of deterioration. The contents are fine, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
