This is a blouse. I bought it several years ago and have worn it a few times. I bought it because the collar is cute. I used to wear it as an inner layer with sweaters, showing the collar. The fabric is smooth. The lace on the collar is slightly yellowed. It will be folded small and sent in a bag, so there may be wrinkles. Please understand. There are no noticeable stains, but there may be oversights. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
