I bought this at a vintage clothing store! ^ ^ The embroidery on the chest and the puff sleeves are super cute! I wore this to go to Disneyland. ★ The chest string goes through the holes and you tie it yourself. ★ White chest area has a light stain. ★ Buttons in the back. ★ There's some loose thread below the back buttons (see photos).
