Used about twice and then stored in a dark place. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items, as it has been stored by a private individual. The outer box is not included. Will be shipped with simple packaging. If you have any special packaging requests, please leave a comment. Also, I applied it to the back of my hand, not directly to my face, but I am not responsible for any skin problems after use.
