This is a pipe wrench for repairing water faucets. I bought it about 15 years ago and used it about twice, then stored it. It's hard to see, but there's a small scratch in the third photo. It's an old model, but it's sturdy. The manufacturer is SANEI Co., Ltd. I'll include some used sealing tape.
