This is a two-piece set consisting of a short-sleeved dress and a long-sleeved jacket. It can be used all year round, regardless of the season. I received it as a hand-me-down, and I only wore it for about 2 hours once and then washed it in the washing machine. There were minor scratches to the extent shown in the photos and faint stains that are only noticeable upon close inspection, but I had no problems with it at all. The color is a beautiful nuanced color that looks different depending on how the light hits it. It may be difficult to tell what color it is from the photos.
