The down is Coreloft, a synthetic insulation, which is ultra-lightweight, not bulky, and warm. The snug neck provides more warmth than you might expect. The wrists have partial ribbing for a clean look and a good fit. The hem is also ribbed, making it suitable for city wear. However, there are no drawcords, so it may not fit perfectly depending on the width of your pants. - There is some minor wear and tear, but the condition is generally good.
