I never had a chance to use it after I bought it, so it's a new, unused item. It didn't come with a tag from the beginning. Upon close inspection, there is a tiny spot of dirt on the fabric in one place. This was present when I purchased it, and because of the scrunchie's shape, it's not noticeable at all, but please be aware of this beforehand. This scrunchie is made from the fabric of a pa'u skirt, which is part of a hula dance costume. It has a yellow base with red accents, and the pattern is large hibiscus flowers. It has a Hawaiian feel and is perfect for summer! It's a slightly large size with a lot of volume, making it look gorgeous. I think it would also look cute worn on the wrist!
