It covers your hips and is a good length to keep you warm in the fall and winter♪ I've washed it twice at home (with Emal). It's my favorite coat, and I've taken good care of it, so there are no noticeable stains. There may be some slight fuzziness around the collar, but I maintain it every year with a brush for wool. It's been stored at home (in a garment case with mothballs → moved to a closet with mothballs and dehumidifiers).
