Thank you for viewing. This is a TASCAM (TEAC) PB-32P patch bay. Both the front and rear are Phone Jack types. There are no major scratches or stains on the main unit, but there is some slight dirt on the panel. Also, as it is an old model, there may be some contact issues with the jacks. I have cleaned it once, but I recommend cleaning it again before using it extensively. Please note that there is no box, so it will be wrapped in air cushioning material and shipped in a cardboard box.
