This is a valuable set of two medium-sized bowls from the Generation Brown Mist series, which is no longer in production. They were designed around 1970. I believe I purchased them about 40 years ago at the Isetan main store. I have kept them carefully stored on a shelf since then. One is unused, and the other has only been used a few times, so I don't think there are any scratches. I think they would be convenient for soups, salads, noodles, and sometimes even curry, regardless of whether it's Japanese, Western, or Chinese cuisine. I feel that the white, smooth glaze exudes elegance. It has a simple design with a texture that feels warm, similar to Japanese folk pottery.
