Previously confirmed to be active, but has been stored in a cabinet for a long time. Upon the last check, it did not show as active, and the power light turns on but then turns off. The product is being sold as junk. Please have someone repair it. It is very clean and like new after purchase. I do not agree to returns or complaints about the product. Thank you.
