Front carrier, likely for MTB, for cantilever brakes, used. I bought this intending to attach it to a randonneur, but the size didn't fit the cantilever brake mounts on the randonneur, so I believe it's for a mountain bike (MTB). The distance from the center of the holes to the center of the holes is approximately 8 cm. The outside to outside measurement of the holes is about 9 cm, and the inside to inside measurement is about 7.2 cm. The center to center measurement of the holes was about 8 cm. Thank you. There is some rust, but it is still usable. Details are unknown.
