It's brown, but the color is dark, like dark brown. It's not much different from black. This is a cord for a pendant. It's thin and flimsy. It should be 45cm long, but when you include the clasp, it's only about 39cm. It's short, so it won't be a long, dangling necklace that reaches below the chest.
