It has the same excellent water drainage and a tea strainer. Lomonosov is an old brand, so tulips often appear. Perhaps it's a remnant of the era when bulbs from the East were more valuable than gold, causing turmoil in Europe due to speculation. Rather than realistic tulips, the colors are like those of an old, faded botanical illustration. The leaves have a grayish, subdued color, and there's a black accent on the spout. It has a cute yet sophisticated touch. It has a similar shape to the "Forest Violets" and "Moonlight" cup and saucer, with bold hand-painting and pastel colors, so it would be lovely to combine them with different patterns. ★ Lomonosov (Imperial) Porcelain: An Imperial Porcelain brand (formerly Lomonosov), established by order of the Russian royal family in 1744 and started as a purveyor to the Russian Imperial Court. It is a long-established, top-class brand in Russia. It is the official brand for Russian state banquets. In the past, it has been introduced irregularly at high-end department stores such as Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and Shinjuku Isetan. ★ However, Lomonosov, perhaps due to the many hand-painted processes or the nature of the country, tends to have more imperfections compared to Japanese brand cups. Please assume that all items have minor scratches, gold paint wear, and paint errors. The gold paint is equivalent to 22-karat gold, so it has a very beautiful color tone, but it is soft and thin. Imperfections are the same even if purchased at high prices in high-end stores in Ginza.
