This is a set of baby's first meal (okuizome) tableware received at Asagaya Shinmei-gu Shrine in Tokyo. Shinmei-gu Shrine is a historic shrine with a deep connection to Ise Jingu Shrine ^ ^ Contents: Rice bowl, soup bowl, tray, chopsticks Lacquerware (Wakasa-nuri) Since we had a simplified okuizome ceremony at home, this set is unused. However, I removed the paper seal from the chopsticks intending to use them, and as shown in photo 4, I folded the back of the congratulatory paper during the photoshoot, so I've listed it as "Like New". I wore gloves for inspection and photography before listing. There are no smokers or pets in the household.
