Junk item. An old computer I hadn't used in 9 years has resurfaced. I turned it on, but it's in its current state (HDD won't boot + red and blue flashing loop). The OS is Windows 7. I'm not very tech-savvy, so there are some things I can't answer. I bought it used, and I used it 9 years ago. It's been stored away, so it's dirty.
