This item is used, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It shows signs of use and has some stains, but it is still usable. It was manufactured in 2020 and has been used for three seasons. There is no instruction manual, only the main unit and cable are included. (I will include the manual if I find it in the future.)
