This is a lidless type. It can be used even with the hook unfastened. There is a tissue pocket on the outermost side, a small item pocket in the middle, and a large pocket on the innermost side where you can put a handkerchief. It is 13cm tall, 13.5cm wide, and 4cm deep. This price does not include the patch. Adding a patch is +300 yen. Without a clip is -100 yen. The patch can also be changed to the blue collar version.
