This is a retro, push-button ashtray made of metal, approximately 10cm in diameter, designed for a 1-liter can. Pressing the top button drops the ashes into the can. A 1-liter can is required. It is unused, but is several decades old and has rust and dirt. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues.
