This is a 2006 Gibson-head Epiphone Japan SG61, made for only a short period, weighing a very light 2.6kg and finished in a very thin lacquer. The frets show almost no wear, and while there are light scratches and wiping marks, they are barely noticeable unless held up to the light, putting it in remarkably good condition for a guitar that's about 20 years old. A high-quality rosewood fingerboard is also evident. It plays just as well as a genuine SG, and its light weight allows for an acoustic tone suitable for everything from hard rock to metal.
