This item belongs to my husband. Purchased last year. He intended to buy a longer length, but it turned out to be the standard length, so it doesn't fit him, and he's selling it. He says he hasn't worn it much (about 5-6 times). The back of the waist is elastic. Adjustable with a drawstring. There are four pockets in total: one on each hip and one on each back.
