This is a fabric treat pouch with a carabiner! I bought this while trying out various command training items for pets. Since I've found what works for my household, I'm selling this one because I no longer use it, and I thought someone else might want it! I've only used it a few times, and the fabric part of the main body is in beautiful condition with no noticeable stains. I've washed it before listing!
