The double stitching uses a 5mm gauge on the sewing machine. The reinforcement rivets are also carefully placed, with the heads of the punched-through rivets flattened. Details are meticulously considered, such as the leather padding on the collar hanging rivets. The original Wabash fabric is woven on a shuttle loom using indigo warp and weft threads, with a focus on the selvedge (edge). The dot stripe pattern has been modified to be smaller than the original dots of the time to avoid a clumsy look.
