This is a scrunchie with a Mickey Mouse sketch design. My elementary school-aged daughter bought it in 2023 and tried it on once, but it was too big for her, so I'm selling it. It's made of a silk-like material and feels nice to the touch. It has been stored at home since purchase. There are no smokers in the house, but we do have a cat. Thank you for looking.
