This is a retro-pop obi-dome (sash clip) made from a beautiful green, possibly Kutani-yaki, retro brooch with vintage bird parts attached. The Kutani-yaki part sparkles beautifully up close. It's an old item, so there are some cracks and chips (which have been repaired), but they are not noticeable unless you look closely.
