This is an inner bag for GIVI top cases. The manufacturer has discontinued it, so the new price is unknown, but I remember buying it for around 8000 yen. Color: Black Compatible models: B37 / E370 Size: Approximately 310mm (H) x 400mm (W) x 200mm (D) It could be used without any problems with the GIVI V40, which is not listed as a compatible model. I bought it when I introduced the GIVI top case, but I have only used it a few times. As shown in the first and third photos, it has white reflective material molding, so visibility should be quite high.
