This is a baby rain poncho from Motherways. It was worn only twice, with no scratches or stains, and only for a short time, so it still has the original fold lines. (Just enough to go pick up the older child.) It's a poncho type that can be worn over a kindergarten backpack, and it can also be used as a simple sleeve by fastening the buttons on the sleeves, making it a 2-way design. It also has a hood to protect the head from the rain. It was very useful because it has many colorful working cars on it, which children who love vehicles would be happy to wear, and it was easy to spot them. It's outgrown, so I'm selling it while it's still in good condition.
