This is a CD of the Carpenters' best-of album, "Singles 1969–1981," by the American sibling duo. The Carpenters were a duo consisting of siblings Richard Carpenter and Karen Carpenter, who produced numerous hit songs in the 1970s. Karen, the younger sister, was the vocalist and drummer, while Richard, the older brother, played piano, composed, and arranged the music. This album is a compilation of their singles from 1969 to 1981. Karen Carpenter passed away in 1983 at the young age of 32. #CD #WesternMusic #Carpenters
