This is a dress from kisette, a children's clothing brand at Isetan. I bought it for around 15,000 yen. I only wore it once to accompany my siblings for their Shichi-Go-San (a traditional Japanese festival for children), and it's in very good condition. The color is navy. It gives a very elegant impression when worn, and it really feels like an Isetan brand! It's also recommended for entrance ceremonies and formal occasions.
