Square dance petticoat. Skirt length is approximately 55cm. The elastic waistband has stretched and lost some of its elasticity due to long-term storage, so I have categorized it as "Slightly scratched or dirty." I used it for belly dancing by folding the waistband short and wearing it with pants. It will be shipped folded small.
