Made in 1990. It was originally in a bag, but I opened it for the photos. The bag tore at that time, so I will put it in another bag for shipping. The size is 16 x 6 x 2.8 cm (please allow for some error). Made of plastic. As far as I can see, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but since it's an old item, there may be damage that isn't visible from the outside (the bag has dirt, tears, and other damage).
