This is an adapter used when you want to use the original back camera when replacing the genuine navigation system with an aftermarket navigation system. I purchased an item on Amazon called "Freed GB3 GB4 GB5 GB6 GB7 GB8 H24.12～ Back Camera Conversion Adapter, Converts Genuine Honda Back Camera to Aftermarket Navigation, Adapter to RCA, Honda Genuine RCA016H", but it didn't fit, so I haven't used it.
