This is a men (face protector) from the famous Tokyo Seibudo's "Tetsu" series of machine-stitched kendo armor. The futon (padding) is very soft and comfortable to wear. The futon width is about 19cm, but it gives the impression that the face goes deeper inside than a regular men, so it doesn't feel too short. On the contrary, I think the silhouette is neat and tidy. There is some color fading, but the fabric is good, resulting in a refined color. The men-buchi-kawa (face edge leather) is likely lacquered. The ago-maki-kawa (chin protector leather) paint is damaged. There is a distortion in the men-gane (face grill), but it is almost unnoticeable to the wearer's vision. Please take a close look at the photos for the size and other details, and purchase with the understanding that this is a used item. Packaging will be a simple package or boxed using reused materials.
