I've been using it for about 5 years, but one day it suddenly stopped working. I bought the same unit on Mercari and also purchased a new battery to try, but neither mine nor the one from Mercari worked. The charger seems to be working. So, I have two non-working, junk units. Someone with expertise might be able to fix them, right? If they could be fixed, I think it would be a great deal. Please consider the price to be for the head, nozzles, dust box, stand, and charger. Even individual parts sell for around 2,000 yen on Mercari. I cleaned it regularly, and I've cleaned it with water this time, so I think it's clean. I also found some new attachments, so I'll include those.
