It was purchased locally, and it's an extremely rare mug, almost impossible to find in antique shops, recycle shops, or even on this site. The second photo depicts the meeting between Deng Xiaoping and former Prime Minister Thatcher. I took it out of the box and displayed it carefully without using it. Although it's unused, I'm listing it as used because I've discarded the box.
