I believe I purchased this around the summer of 2020, brand new. I used it until around the fall of 2024, connecting it to my PS4 and PC. All accessories are included. I sold both my PS4 and PC due to moving, so I can't confirm its current functionality. However, it was working fine the last time I used it. Please note that you might need to adjust the stick deadzone settings, as it sometimes registers input even without touching it. I believe this is within the range of individual product variation, but please be aware of this. As you can see in the photos, there is some wear and tear.
