I wore this three times. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. There are no noticeable stains, but please understand that this item has been worn by a child before purchasing. The color is black. (Photos 1 and 2 look navy due to the lighting, but the color is as shown in photo 3.) The ribbon is fixed and cannot be removed.
