I bought this for outdoor use, but I'm selling it because I rarely use it these days. I've confirmed that it works, and as you can see in the photos, it lights up without any problems. You can also change the lighting patterns and flashing modes by pressing the button. The band isn't significantly stretched, but please be aware that it shows signs of use.
