It is an authentic Barnack Leica made by Ernst Leitz Wetzlar of Germany, and the serial number No.374608 corresponds to a unit from around 1949. During this period, due to post-war material shortages, many units had thin and rough plating, but this one maintains a very beautiful appearance. The leatherette is also in good condition, and the top cover retains its beautiful luster. The shutter fires at all speeds, and the viewfinder is clear. The history is unknown, but judging from its condition, it is highly likely that it has been recently overhauled (OH). The Ⅲc with the rare "step-side" top cover is highly valued as a collector's item.
