These boots are waterproof and have a boa lining. I bought them a few years ago. The retail price was 18,900 yen including tax. As you can see from the soles, they have hardly been worn. The boa lining makes them very warm. The box says they are 26 cm, but they feel a bit bigger than a typical 26 cm. They're a good size, especially for wearing thick socks in the winter.
