I used it without any problems for about 20 years, but the other day it finally stopped recognizing the HD. I took out the HDs and checked them, and unfortunately, both of them were dead. Therefore, this is an offering of the enclosure (case) only. I don't have any suitable HDs (SATA) on hand, so I haven't been able to check it by replacing the HDs. Even when I turned on the power without the HDs, the lamp didn't light up. (I guess that's to be expected since there are no HDs?) I cannot guarantee its operation, so please consider it as junk. I loved it for its excellent design. I hope it will be useful to someone who is knowledgeable about PCs.
