Alden D6410c Monk Strap, a special order for Need Supply. I purchased these new and wore them a few times. The liner is in like-new condition because I used silicone half insoles. There are some creases from wear, but there are no issues with the straps, buckle bands, or anything else. The size is 10D on the Barrie last. I threw away the box, but I still have the shoe bags (last image).
